Professor Alfred Yu named Fellow of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM)
ECE Professor, Alfred Yu, has been named a Fellow of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). AIUM fellow membership is a way to recognize individuals who have contributed in a most distinguished fashion to the field of ultrasound.

Electrical and computer engineering professors, Werner Dietl and Lan Wei, are recipients of Early Researcher Awards (ERA). The Early Researcher Awards program recognizes promising new researchers with $140,000 each to build a research team.

ECE Professor, Sherman Shen, has received the Federation of Chinese Canadian Professionals (Ontario) Education Foundation (FFCP) 2019 Award of Merit. Shen will be honoured in Toronto later this year.
