Biography
Gordon B. Agnew is an Associate Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the University of Waterloo. He is also a co-founder of Certicom Corp.
Professor Agnew’s main research interests include cryptography, data security, communication security, block-chain systems and high speed communication networks.
He is a Foundation Fellow of the Institute of Combinatorics and its Applications and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering. In addition to his research work, Professor Agnew has published conference papers, journal papers and chapters in books.
Professor Agnew’s main research interests include cryptography, data security, communication security, block-chain systems and high speed communication networks.
