2023/24 Full-time OSAP Application Update Form

Complete this form if you are a student (undergraduate or graduate) and need to make corrections to your full-time OSAP application.

Notes:

• If you need to add a term to your current OSAP application (e.g., are now taking courses during a term you didn't apply for OSAP), use the OSAP Winter Extension form or the OSAP Spring Extension form.
• If you need to make changes to your part-time OSAP application, email safainfo@uwaterloo.ca.

2023-2024 academic year term dates:

• Fall term: September 6 - December 21, 2023
• Winter term: January 8 - April 25, 2024
• Spring term: May 6 - August 16, 2024
