The Student Service Centre (The Centre) is now the home for all student information pertaining to admissions, financial aid, OSAP, official documents and forms, payments and accounts, records updates, course enrolment, Quest support, and more.
Although the deadline to submit your Application to Graduate for June 2024 Convocation has passed, this form will remain open until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30. You are encouraged to submit this form as soon as possible to ensure you receive all convocation-related messaging. Note: Once the form has closed, no applications will be accepted and you will be directed to complete the Application to Graduate for October 2024 Convocation.
If you are an undergraduate student and you expect to graduate in June 2024, you must formalize your request by submitting an Application to Graduate by the designated deadline.
