Sabrina Li and team addressed Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality, with their solution focused on empowering women through menstrual hygiene management programs that combat the taboo associated with menstruation.
The SYPN Executive team works to facilitate networking and capacity-building activities for the SYPN through CCGHR Student Chapters, conferences, and SYP blog. Stephanie is one of 8 Executive team members, including 4 other University of Waterloo students; Kristen Lee, Afnan Naeem, Nicola Toffelmire, and Gertrude Omoro.
The IDRC is helping to celebrate International Development Week (IDW) from February 5–11, 2017, by testing your knowledge of global issues.
