Are you interested in graduate studies and looking for ways to fund it? Join us for a webinar on “Funding your graduate education” on October 26 with funding experts from Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs.
You’ll learn about the different types of funding, minimum funding for master’s and doctoral students, and the resources available as you consider and plan your graduate education. We’ll provide an overview of internal and external funding opportunities, such as bursaries, Graduate Research Studentships, TAs, RAs, federal and provincial scholarships, and the process of applying for and receiving additional funding. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about graduate student funding support.
Before attending the event, we encourage you to check out this video that explains some of the concepts and processes around funding.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is co-ordinated within the Office of Indigenous Relations.
