In this workshop participants will learn practical tips for reducing food waste, making sustainable food purchases and eco-friendly kitchen habits. We will focus on simple steps you can take at home including:
Nicole Pin, Dietitian | UW Food Services
Nicole is a registered dietitian with the food services department. She supports the food services team in menu development and nutrition programming with an emphasis on health and wellness for the university community.
