Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion is proud to organize and host the annual Consent Week

Messages of consent on a clothesline

Consent Week is an opportunity for campus community members to engage in conversations, activities, and events focused on consent and healthy relationships. Our goals for the week are to:

  • normalize dialogue about consent;
  • increase the understanding of consent;
  • allow the campus community to explore how to engage in healthy, positive relationships with one another;
  • highlight the services on and off campus that are available for support.

We encourage all students, faculty and staff members to engage with and participate in our events.

For any questions regarding Consent Week and our Consent Week events, please contact Amanda Cook, Director, Sexual Violence Prevention and Response, or Meaghan Ross, Sexual Violence Response Coordinator.
