The aim of this program is to provide a network through which librarians and archivists can access support from their colleagues on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:
- Professional advancement
- Revising collection development policies
- Study leave applications
- Editing and/or help with professional writing
- Medical leave and other personal matters
A list of colleagues willing to assist will be compiled in the Support Network Inventory. More information about the Support Network, and the inventory itself, can be found on SharePoint. The inventory is accessible to librarians and archivists at the University of Waterloo.
