Potluck and Library Day

2016 Potluck.On Friday, October 28, Library staff from the Circulation Department gathered together for a wonderful potluck. Lots of great homemade foods were served at the potluck including falafel wrap, chili con carne, taro & coconut cake, and more! Potluck events are hosted by the Social Committee twice a year. The event was created to show our appreciation for the hard work of our students and contract staff. Please enjoy some of the happy moments that were captured at the event.

Happy Library DayStarting in 2008, uWaterloo Libraries’ Library Day began as a way for library staff to come together and celebrate our patrons. While the activities have changed from years past - from MuchMusic photobooths and mascot visits, to this year’s pumpkin decorating, ‘Roll the die’ for United Way and the chance to design a button - our favourite recurring gift to students is delicious chocolate chip cookies and healthy apples.
