What is the Library Lens?

Library Lens is a photo blog that will capture what a year in the life of library staff members looks like. We need your help to capture all the fun and special things that go on in your units each week!

New photos will be posted on the blog each Friday. Library Outreach will pick four new photos submitted by staff for the blog, along with one “throw back” photo from the past to represent that week in review.

A few things to keep in mind

• If you are taking photos of other staff members, please ask them for their permission.
• If students or other library patrons appear in the photos, make sure they aren’t recognizable or please ask them for their permission first. If they appear prominently, ask them to sign an image release form.
• We cannot guarantee that all submitted photos will be posted. We will be picking four photos each week.
• Photo credits will be given to the owner of the photo.
• Have fun!
