The Library occasionally employs non-student casual staff (as defined by Policy 54). To apply:

Email us using the subject "Library employment" and include only your full name and email in the body of the email

Within one business day, you will receive a user name and password for LibWork

Students
Volunteer
Each summer/early fall, the Library looks for student representatives from all faculties and years of study to serve on the Library student advisory committee.
Library ambassadors
We're looking for creative students who want to share their enthusiasm for the Library. Library ambassadors interact with other students at service fairs, within their student organizations, and through facilitating library activities throughout the term. To learn more and apply to become a library ambassador, complete the application form.
Part-time opportunities
Part-time employment opportunities are available at our main branch libraries for full-time registered students. The positions include: circulation desk and collections maintenance (shelving). Log in to the online library student job system (LibWork) using your Quest account to:
- Indicate your availability
- Upload/update your resume and schedule
- Review and update your current application
Your application will be kept in our database until the end of the last term you indicated on the application form. After that, you can login to LibWork to update and re-activate your application. Only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
Work study
