The Librarians and Archivists Employment Handbook (Handbook) applies to all ongoing University of Waterloo Library staff employed in positions that require a master’s degree in library and information science or its educational equivalent. Part-time opportunities
Part-time employment opportunities are available at our main branch libraries (Dana Porter and Davis Centre) for full-time registered students. These positions are responsible for working at our circulation desks and conducting collections maintenance duties, such as reshelving library books.
