Registration cost:
The early bird fees for this year's workshop are $60. After March 1st the cost is $65.
The price includes registration, all workshops, refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks, as well as lunch and dinner on Thursday May 2nd.
It does not include other meals, accommodation or travel.
Registration deadline:
Please make sure we receive your registration form and payment by March 28, 2013.
