Associate Dean, Computing

Appointed by the President of the University (at the recommendation of the Dean of Mathematics), the Associate Dean, Computing oversees and provides leadership for all aspects of computing services within the Faculty of Mathematics and serves on the Dean's Advisory Committee. The Associate Dean (AD) also represents the Faculty of Mathematics at the University level with respect to all aspects of information technology (IT) services. Typically, the AD, Computing is also director of one of the two computing facilities within the Faculty.

Director of Computer Science Computing Facility (CSCF) (Director, infrastructure in CS)

Appointed by the Director of the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science, the Director of CSCF works with the AD, Computing in providing leadership for computing services within the Cheriton School and serves on the AD's Computing Advisory Committee. The Director is responsible for day to day management of the Computer Science Computing Facility (CSCF)

Director of MFCF

Appointed by the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, the Director of MFCF works with the AD, Computing in providing leadership for computing services within the Faculty of Mathematics excluding the School of Computer Science. The Director of MFCF serves on the AD's Computing Advisory Committee. The Director is responsible for day to day management of MFCF. 

Members of MFCF, CSCF, and the Faculty of Mathematics serve on a variety of committees dealing with IT services within the Faculty and across the University of Waterloo.
