Central service interruptions March 3

IST has announced that there will be interruptions to many major services on Sunday, March 3, while certain components are upgraded. The affected services include WatIAM, WCMS and other web services, wi-fi, certain aspects of local email service, and more.  Please refer to IST's announcement for details.
