Connections to print server using the alias are failing
What is happening?
This issue has been fixed as of March 26 at approximately 14:00.
Connections to the print server using the alias, print.math.private.uwaterloo.ca, are failing.
Connections using the real print server name, mapprint01.math.private.uwaterloo.ca are working.

Who is impacted?
All faculty, staff, graduate students, and researchers.
What is the impact?
Print jobs using connections that were created with the alias are failing. Print jobs using connections that were created with the print server name are working.
What do you need to do?
Refrain from printing if you can until this is resolved. If you must print, create a connection using the real server name, mapprint01.math.private.uwaterloo.ca.
The adding printers to you computer page has been updated.
