A generic account (e.g. coadmin, pmgrad) may be associated with a staff position.
These accounts are used for:
- shared mailboxes where two or more users need access
- storing files on the file server to share among users
To request a generic account we will need:
- name of generic account with "dept" in the name
- UWuserids of persons who require email permissions for generic account
