In a world of 24/7 breaking news and constant connectivity, staying informed can take a toll on ourwell-being. In this workshop, PhD students in Clinical Psychology from the University of Waterloo discuss research about the mental health impacts of news consumption and share ideas about ways to stay updated without sacrificing your peace of mind.
