Earlier this month members of the Yee Hong Culture Change Coalition (CCC) gathered for their January meeting, which also marked the 1 year anniversary of the Coalition's creation.
A great deal has happened over the last year. The group has brought in a number of new faces from the staff at Yee Hong and is working to increase the number of family partners in care who participate in the CCC. The group is nearing the end of the first, critical 'Dawning' phase of the Appreciative Inquiry process.
At our January meeting, the group worked together to further their understanding of Authentic Partnerships and celebrated their one year anniversary with a fun, team-building exercise called the 'Marshmallow Challenge'. The group is looking forward to moving into the Discovery phase in 2013.
