At the Huron County Culture Change Coalition (CCC)-we've spent the last two months finishing our analysis of the positive care stories and experiences within Huron County.
CCC members in Huron County have been very 'hands on' in both the collection and analysis of the data collected from clients, staff members and partners in care of persons living in community in Huron County.
Like Yee Hong, the Huron County CCC is growing! While we've said goodbye to retiring Southwest Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) representative Nancy Schaff, we've recently welcomed Donnabeth Sweetland, also from the Southwest CCAC into our group. We have had a few visits from local family partners in care who have been kind enough to share their experiences and perspectives on our work to date. We hope that they will join us permanently!
We have finished all of our data analysis and are excited to move into Dream phase of the AI process.
