The Reaching for New Heights Village Advisory Team (VAT) at the Village of Wentworth Heights has been very active these past few months!
The team members have worked hard to increase awareness of and continue to gather support for their chosen 'Aspirations Statements'. The Reaching for New Heights team's aspirations include:
- Flexible living
- Flexible dining
- Shared and meaningful activities
In the aim of increasing awareness of and support for these Aspirations, the team has implemented photo contests in which various neighbourhoods in the home compete to take photos of Aspiration statements in action. The group is also working on competitions to send team members from the village'sstaff and residents to the Pioneer Network Culture Change Conference and to use art and wrist bands to promote awareness of the Aspiration statements.
