The Partnering Together for Change team at Bloomington Cove is working hard to spread the word about Culture Change.
At the most recent meeting, Culture Change Coalition members invited staff members from Bloomington Cove to spend time at their meeting, learn more about the Culture Change process and to provide essential feedback on early drafts of Aspiration Statements. Partnering Together for Change is working on four Aspiration Statements which are rooted in the already existing strengths documented during the Discovery phase of the Appreciative Inquiry process. These statements will describe an ideal future for Bloomington Cove and will be used to plan for a relationship-centered care experience moving forward.
The Partnering Together for Change team is looking forward to finalizing their Aspiration Statements with the feedback of other Bloomington Cove Staff Members and plans to host a celebration to promote these in the coming months.
