The Peace and Conflict Studies program is pleased to welcome you to a special brown bag lunchtime discussion with Paul Rogers on the topic of “Peace Research in a Turbulent World” on Wednesday, November 7th from 12:00-1:30pm in Conrad Grebel University College, room 2202.

Paul Rogers, Emeritus Professor of Peace Studies at Bradford University, has a BSc and PhD from Imperial College London. He is a Global Security Consultant with Oxford Research Group (ORG) and is openDemocracy’s International Security Editor. For forty years, he has worked on international security, especially the interlinking issues of economic difference, environmental limits, and political violence. He often delivers lectures at universities in various countries and is a regular commentator on global security issues in the media, both national and international. Rogers has also written or edited 26 books on topics relating to war and peace.
