Omicron low-temperature scanning tunnelling microscope (STM) provides images with atomic resolution in STM mode and Qplus Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) mode operating at 4.5 K, 77 K and room temperature.

- Gap voltage: ± 1 V and ± 10 V, increment 30 μV & 300 μV
