Quantum Nano-Centre
The Quantum Nanofabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) hosts a number of lab spaces, many of which are located in the Mike & Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre. Lab spaces include our 8000 sq. ft. ISO 5/4 cleanroom, semiconductor packaging lab, sample preparation lab, and our suite of metrology labs in the QNC basement.
Unless otherwise noted, most QNFCF equipment is located at its main site in the Lazaridis Quantum Nano-Centre.

Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre (QNC) located on the University of Waterloo's main campus, just off Ring Road.
Parking lot information can be found here.
- There are several Pay and Display (meter) parking lots around the main campus. These are identified on the interactive campus map.
- Visitor parking lots closest to the QNC Building include lots J, M and N.
- Outside of convocation events, there is always room available in Lot X located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Columbia Street West and Hagey Boulevard.
