The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) and Transformative Quantum Technologies (TQT) hosted the Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) Introductory Seminar, joined by speaker Mike Miller (Angstrom Engineering).
The QNFCF's JEOL F200 S/TEM has seen significant use in its first year, with 22 trained users, over 725 hours of operation, and over 274 samples characterized. The successful TEM Open House celebrated this milestone, showcasing the facility's capabilities to a large audience and demonstrating the growing demand for advanced microscopy techniques.

The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) is pleased to offer user training and support for mechanical sample preparation for transmission electron microscopy analysis. This service is available to anyone accessing our new JEOL F200 TEM system and is intended to complement existing sample preparation capabilities of the Zeiss FIB/SEM.
