The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility manages a number of labs in the Research and Advancement Centre (RAC1) including the RAC1 cleanroom and the inert atmosphere lab. This building is located in the University of Waterloo's David Johnston Research and Technology Park, directly north of the University of Waterloo's main campus.
