The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility manages some equipment in the Research and Advancement Centre 2 (RAC2) building. the RAC2 building is located in the University of Waterloo's David Johnston Research and Technology Park, directly north of the University of Waterloo's main campus. The address of this building is 485 Hagey Blvd.
QNFCF managed equipment and tools in RAC2 is oragnized into so-called satellite labs.
There are also additional shared equipment resources managed by Prof. David Cory's group, these are termed specialized equipment. Access to specialized equipment is facilitated by the QNFCF for the benefit of the University of Waterloo and Quantum Colaboratory communities.
