New QNFCF Staff - Andrew Jordan

The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) is pleased to announce a new staff member, Andrew Jordan our RAC1/2 Fabrication and Characterization Process Engineer.  Andrew is responsible for developing processes to be run on the various fabrication and characterization tools available in the RAC 1 & RAC 2 labs.

His responsibilities include:

• Process and recipe development
• Tool troubleshooting and maintenance

Andrew completed his MSc at the University of Waterloo in 2020 and has worked for 6 years as a Nanofabrication Technologist focusing on the fabrication and characterization of quantum dot devices in a variety of semiconductor materials.
