Administrative/Financial Assistant
As the Administrative Financial Coordinator, Emma DeSousa is the first point of contact for the Quantum NanoFabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) community members and also the administration support for the QNFCF team's day-to-day operational activities. She handles all administrative duties for the QNFCF facility and Research Advanced Centre RAC1 facility. Emma joined the Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility in 2017 and has worked in the Education field for over 15 years.
Emma is always here to help and is able to provide assistance with:
- Coordinating training and lab access for all perspective internal and external members
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Monitoring all lab usage
- Fob control and security for all QNFCF members
- QNFCF member data management
- All purchases and deliveries for the QNFCF facilities
