As the Electron Beam Lithography Scientist, Greg is responsible for overseeing the various lithographic processes available in the Quantum NanoFab.

His responsibilities include:

  • Process and recipe development
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Lab member guidance, training, and qualification on lithographic tools

He is available to help users improve their lithographic processes, or trouble-shoot fabrication issues.

Greg joined the Quantum NanoFab in September 2017. He received his PhD in Physics (Quantum Information) from the University of Waterloo in 2017. His graduate studies focused on spin-based quantum computing in semiconducting nanowires and quantum dots.
