Five records retention schedules have been revised, with expanded scope: AD30 - Administrative Committees, GV25 – Board of Governors, GV30 – Board of Governors Committees, GV55 – Senate, and GV60 – Senate Committees and Councils.
The following retention schedules have been cancelled and withdrawn, since their content has been incorporated into the revised schedules: AD32 – Committee Constitutions and Terms of Reference; GV10 – Board and Senate Membership; GV20 – Board of Governors By-Laws, Constitution, and Terms of Reference; GV35 – Board Chair's Correspondence; and, GV50 - Senate By-Laws, Constitution, and Terms of Reference.
