Content & Scope

These records document the authorization for University units to recruit for new or replacement faculty or staff positions.

The records include recruitment forms such as request for recruiting services (staff) and authorization to advertise academic vacancy (faculty), special authorizations, such as mission critical position submission forms, and supporting documents as required.
