Join our Chaplain, Rev. Scott McLeod, for a midday prayer in the Anglican Tradition. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and contemplate, where all are welcome to participate.

What can you expect?

• A short prayer led by Scott
• A chance to step back from the day and reflect

Join us for this helpful workshop if you want to take back control of your life and use your time more productively. Student Advisor A.J. will show you some tools and strategies you can use to achieve a healthy balance between screen time and "real time". Snacks will be served!

What can you expect?

• A helpful workshop to learn about developing healthy habits
• Delicious snacks to enjoy while you learn
• Some great information and practical ways to decrease your screen usage

Attending this workshop counts as a stamp towards the Renison Stamp Rally Challenge. Pick up your stamp card from Moose Tracks before the event.

What can you expect?

• Participate in the Eucharist, also known as the Lord's Supper or Communion.
• A full Anglican service and a chance to develop a sense of community.

Take some time to relax and re-center with a guided meditation by Chaplain Rev. Scott McLeod.

What can you expect?

• A simple breathing meditation (non-religious).
• A practice and tool to help calm the mind, sharpen focus, de-stress, and relax.
• An opportunity to learn and practice pausing and centering yourself when you need to.

Want to gain some Canadian volunteer experience to enhance your resume? Join the ELI Student Leadership Team and work with your classmates to plan and facilitate a fun event for the Renison community!

What can you expect?

• Attend regular meetings throughout the Winter term
• Learn about different leadership skills each week, like teamwork and communication!
• Host an event 100% planned and created by the students, for the students!

Bring your love of music to the DFL to jam with other Renison residents!
