Join Peer Leader Rubee and Chaplain Scott for an interactive workshop series to help you feel grounded each week. With a focus on gratitude, you will complete a series of workshops that introduce mindfulness practices and techniques.

  • Mini-lecture on each week's mindfulness practice content
  • Interactive activities that allow you to practice gratitude and mindfulness in a comfortable and guided space
  • A sense of community and gratitude at the end of each session

Wonders of Winter Light Festival

Winter is here, and we want to celebrate the start of the season with you and the City of Waterloo! Join your peer leaders for a walk to Waterloo Park to experience the Wonders of Winter Lights, horse and carriage rides, hot drinks, and great times!

What can you expect?

  • Walk from Renison or take the ION to Waterloo Park
  • Take photos with friends and see interesting light displays at the park
  • Enjoy horse and carriage rides around the park and purchase warm drinks to make the experience even more magical!
