Do you spend hours scrolling through social media? Do you spend more time gaming than studying? Join us for this helpful workshop if you want to take back control of your life and use your time more productively. Student Advisor A.J. will show you some tools and strategies you can use to achieve a healthy balance between screen time and "real time". Snacks will be served!
