Wellness Wednesday with our Inclusion Coordinators or Wellness Peer Leader
Ever wondered who's behind the meals you enjoy every day? We're rolling out the Mobile Moose Cart right in the Cafeteria so you can chat and put some friendly faces to the food you love. It's a fun, casual way to connect with the people who work hard to feed the Renison community!
Queer and Christian is a time to make and hold space to talk about the intersection of being Queer and Christian, leaning on Scripture, Reason and Tradition, as well as lived experience to inform our conversation and mutual support. The conversation, faciliated by Renison’s Chaplain, Scott, will be rooted in identity and community, offering support and affirmation as we discuss, share, and learn from each other.
Get ready for chills and thrills! Watch a spooky film, enjoy snacks, and hang out with friends as we dive into some haunting Halloween fun!
This week’s movie is Coraline!
At university, it's easy to feel defined by our grades, co-ops, and career plans. Join Scott and Wellness Peer Leaders Rebecca for a workshop on how academic pressure and comparison can affect our mental health and self-worth. Through conversations and activities, we'll reconnect with who we are beyond school and work. Whether you're thriving, struggling, or still figuring things out, this is a space to reflect and connect. Your grades matter. Your goals matter. But so do you.
