November tends to be a quiet month, but not for the Student Experience and Housing (SEAH) teamand department of Culture and Language Studies! From Monday, November 18 to Saturday, November 23, Renison will be alive with exciting new events each day for International Education Week (IEW).
Since the year 2000, institutions across Canada have celebrated IEW to share the importance of international education for students, staff, faculty, and community members. At the University of Waterloo, departments from all across campus host events to showcase the ways that they engage with international education.
This year, we will be hosting some annual events, along with a few new opportunities for students to share their cultural experiences with the community.
