Renison University College Closure
Renison University College will close for the winter holiday break period as of 4:30pm on Friday, December 20. Renison (excluding residence) will re-open to students, faculty, staff, and visitors beginning Thursday, January 2 at 8:30am.
Renison Residence Closure
Renison Residence will close as of 12:00pm on Friday, December 20 for the winter holiday break. Residents are permitted to return to residence beginning Sunday, January 5 anytime after 12:00pm. The residence will be closed and all key fobs will be de-activated during the winter break period as the entire building will be closed during the winter break.
Moose Tracks Connection Desk Modified Hours
Effective Monday, December 9 through to Friday, December 20, the Moose Tracks Connection Desk will be open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. Moose Tracks will close for the winter holiday break as of Friday, December 20 at 4:30pm. We will re-open for the Winter 2025 term on Monday, January 6 at 9:00am.

How well do students feel like they belong at Renison? With the support of student feedback from an online survey and consultation sessions, Renison Student Experience and Housing has developed a road map report to explore the manner in which we will be supporting students from equity-deserving communities in the days, weeks, and months ahead.
The Renison Academic Student Council (RASC) is comprised of undergraduate students and peer leaders at Renison who aim to unite the Renison community through fun events while also advocating for student needs.

In late March and early April, your Student Experience and Housing team held an end-of-year feedback survey to all Renison residents to understand your experience residing in our residence community this past year. Thank you to the 98 students who completed the survey, reflecting a 53% response rate from residents who lived in Renison for the Winter term.
On March 20, the ELI Student Leadership Team hosted Renison's first-ever World Happiness Day event! The team developed fun programming to spread happiness and kindness to the Renison community.
