Additional Constraints
-
Students are admitted directly into the plan from high school and must successfully complete a provisional first year to proceed into the second year.
-
Alternative courses may be substituted with permission from the academic advisor.
-
SCBUS-labelled and SCI-labelled courses do not count as Science units and are not included in any Science average calculations.
Notes
- See list of academic advisors.
- See Faculty of Science for recommended course sequences.
- Fees for this plan are higher than some honours BSc plans because it is a high-fee plan.
- Students considering a Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) designation should be aware of all CPA requirements.
- The School of Accounting and Finance in the Faculty of Arts offers a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree. This eight-month graduate program is normally taken in consecutive winter and spring terms immediately following completion of the 4B term of the Honours Biotechnology, Chartered Professional Accountancy plan. Students completing this plan still need to apply and meet relevant MAcc admission requirements.
