Case Manager

Jay (she/they) is a Case Manager with the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a counsellor in academic and community settings and has been a longtime advocate and contributor to the work of ending Sexual and Gender-Based Violence. With SVPRO Jay works directly with UW community members who have been affected by sexual and gender-based violence, supporting folks from a survivor-centred, compassionate, and anti-oppressive approach. Jay also delivers disclosure training and contributes to a variety of initiatives to end SGBV across the UW community and beyond. They believe that collaboration and collective care are essential to addressing and ultimately ending violence in its many forms.

In their downtime, you can find Jay reading, hiking, or relaxing in the sun with her favourite 2 & 4 legged beings.
