Online Dating and Sexual Violence

In this workshop we will share data about the unique ways sexual violence exists in the online dating world and examine generally held attitudes and perceptions. Participants will gain an understanding of healthy consent, red flags vs green flags to look for when first entertaining a potential new partner, and how to practice digital safety and why placing the ownness of safety on the survivor or victim is inherently problematic.
