Come out and celebrate UWSA's 33rd annual Winterfest with your family, friends and co-workers
Winterfest activities:
- Ice Skating (helmets are strongly encouraged)
- Crafts and Balloon-making (please note there are capacity limits in the craft room, which will be monitored)
- Letters to Santa
- Goodie bags sponsored by Johnson Insurance
- Visit with Santa. Bring your camera for a photo op with Santa
- Gifts from Santa (only for those who pre-ordered gifts by October 29)
When: Sunday, December 5, 2021
Time: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Where: Columbia Icefield (parking is free in Lot X, adjacent to the arena)
Cost: Free but registration required
Registration: Registration closed November 26.
Current protocols for attendance at this UWaterloo facility:
- You must pre-register for this event.
- Campus check-in is required for all Winterfest attendees.
- Fill out and sign a https://uwaterloo.ca/staff-association/events/winterfest-2021 before entering the arena. Everyone attending needs to fill out an individual form, so one per person.
- Bring your proof of vaccination and government issued ID for anyone 12 and older. NOTE: Those with vaccine exemptions are not allowed into recreational facilities under provincial regulations.
