Equity Circle: Performative vs Authentic Responses

The May Equity Circle will be held on May 25 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and the topic will be Performative versus Authentic Responses. All staff are welcome to attend. 

About the Equity Circle Conversations

With increasing awareness of equity, diversity, and belonging issues at Waterloo, in our community, and globally, there is recognition that staff could benefit from opportunities for learning/discussion. Participating in these discussions may also help support members’ equity, diversity, and belonging work in their various roles at Waterloo and in the community. Jeremy Steffler, a former UWSA Director, has volunteered to act as the circle keeper for the Waterloo Staff Virtual Equity Circle Conversations.
