The 2024 Winterfest Handmade Market (formerly the UWSA Craft Show & Sale) takes place December 3 and 4 in the Student Life Centre, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

All items are handmade by UWSA staff, students, or alumni, and the market is a fundraiser for staff and student grants. 

Vendors

We're excited to welcome a lot of new vendors this year, including students, alongside some of your familiar favourites! Items on offer include:

  • soap and shower steamers, bath salts, and soy candles
  • planters and succulents
  • earrings, necklaces, friendship bracelets, and mindfulness beads
  • greeting cards
  • books written by staff members!
  • wood-burned items included pens, key chains, measuring spoons and cups
  • glass-fused coasters, sun catchers, and ornaments
  • purses, tote bags, winter hats
  • stickers, pins, key chains, phone accessories, and charms

Raffle

Each purchase gets you an entry into a raffle draw for a $200 prepaid Visa gift card and assorted items generously donated by vendors!
