Elections: Candidate form

Thank you for your interest in running for the UWSA Board of Directors!

Here's how to run:

1. Get support for your nomination from three UWSA members. They will need to fill out the nominator form. They can do this before or after you fill out your form.
2. You fill out this form (on the current page) to submit your nomination.
3. Follow the link in your confirmation message to fill out a candidate profile.

Please note: The nominee and all nominators must be members of the UWSA—not all staff are automatically members!
