The Staff Enhancement Grant (SEG) supports UWSA members in the pursuit of personal skills development. Applications are due each June 1 and December 1.

Tips for a strong application:
- Explain how the activity will support your learning, growth, or personal development
- If relevant, describe how the experience could also benefit a broader community
- Make sure your plan is realistic and can be completed within the proposed timeline
- Include a clear, itemized budget showing exactly how the funds will be used
Please note that there is a separate form for the Staff Excellence Fund, which is for initiatives that benefit all or many staff.
