Goals
- Define and develop a holistic view of the graduate recruitment, application and admissions process in support of the specific applications requirements.
- Identify needs related to reporting and integrations for other systems and business processes.
- Identify business process improvements.
Scope
- Define and develop business process documentation.
- Define and develop functional requirements for a graduate online admissions system with a focus on the following user groups.
- Future students (prospects) and applicants engaged in the application processes.
- Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) administrative staff managing the data processing in support of the applications and admissions processes.
- Staff and faculty members in academic units supporting the offer decision processes.
