Once you’ve completed the 4 core workshops and practiced your leadership skills through a leadership experience, the final step is to sit back and reflect. Connect what you learned in workshops and your practical experience to start to form a vision for how you hope your leadership practice to continue to evolve.

IMPORTANT: Please note CLC replaces the Student Leadership Program (SLP) and Foundational Training Program (FTP). SLP participants will need to have their community hours and reflection submitted by the end of the spring 2024 term.

Please visit our frequently asked questions page for more details on the transition.

Relection Guidelines

Your reflection is not marked or graded; this is simply an opportunity to share with us some of what you’ve been thinking about throughout the program.
