International Student Experience volunteer 

The International Student Experience (ISE) offers many opportunities for students to get involved with the international student community on campus. 

ISE accepts new volunteers every term, visit the International Student Experience site for application deadlines.

Campus-wide Graduate Student Orientation opportunities

  • Student Facilitator (3 positions)
  • Team Lead, Facilitator and Volunteer Support (1 position)

(Application deadline is April 5, 2015)

The Student Success Office is seeking four motivated and passionate graduate student leaders that will develop and facilitate a variety of sessions for new graduate students at 2015 Campus-wide Graduate Orientation.

All student Facilitators must be comfortable speaking to large groups with excellent public speaking skills as well as possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The Team Lead-Facilitator and Volunteer Support role will work closely with the other student Facilitators in addition to supporting all aspects of volunteer training and management related to Graduate Orientation.

Transfer and Exchange Student Orientation opportunities

  • Transfer Orientation Programs Assistant (1 position)

The Student Success Office is looking for three outgoing and enthusiastic students to facilitate 2015 Transfer and Exchange Student Orientation. All student Facilitators will be comfortable communicating with large groups of students and have a passion for the transfer and/or exchange student experience.

The Transfer Orientation Programs Assistant will support volunteer management and training as well as design and execute a large-scale interactive activity for all new transfer and exchange students during Orientation.  The ideal candidate will be creative and display excellent organizational skills.
